On-site Undergraduate Admissions

In the "Admission" section of the YSU website, you will find complete information related to admission, the admission procedure, the available specialties, the number of vacancies and fees, the applications, the passing thresholds of previous years, and the changes made.

The mentioned means of communication are valid only for the acceptance of applications during the periods mentioned below and on the specified working days and hours.

About the First and the Second stages of admission

The documents for the first stage of undergraduate admission (Point 15 of the admission procedure) are accepted from April 15 to May 10 (including) of the current year, on May 10, until 18:00.

Applicants for the second stage of undergraduate admission (Point 16 of the admission procedure) should send the application form for admission exams and professional registration through the website www.dimord.am electronically (online) to ATC from June 26 to July 1 (including), on July 1 until 17:00.

Additional stage (vacant)

The results of the main stage competition will be published on July 18. Applicants who received a positive score in the entrance exam after publication, but were left out of the main competition, have the opportunity to participate in the additional stage (vacant) competition if there are vacancies (Point 70 of the admission procedure). To participate in the additional stage (vacant) competition, the applicants should send the new application to the ATC electronically (online) through the website www.dimord.am, indicating up to 6 specialties of one or more universities from July 19 to July 26 (including), on July 26 until 18:00.

Applicants accepted in the main stage cannot participate in the additional stage competition. The results of the additional stage of the competition will be published on July 30 of the current year.

ATTENTION!

The admission lists for the main stage of YSU on-site education will be posted on July 18, and the admission lists for the additional (vacant) stage on July 30, on the YSU official website.

According to point 89 of the admission procedure for on-site education, Applicants accepted for on-site education should submit the originals of the required documents, including the certificate issued by the ATC on grades, to the dean's office of the relevant faculty from August 21st to September 1st.

Required documents

1. Graduation document: certificate or diploma (with a mark sheet),

2. Photo (3x4 size) - 1 piece,

3. Identity document (the original and a copy),

4. Certificate issued by ATC regarding grades (the original),

5. Document verifying the military service (the original) (if available),

6. Additional documents in case of using privileges.

2023-2024 Admission Committee working days and hours

YSU Admissions Committee works from April 15 to May 10 (including) from 9:30 to 17:00, on April 15 from 10:00 to 16:00, and on May 10 from 9:30 to 18:00.

Weekends: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

From June 26 to July 1 (including), the Commission works from 10:00 to 17:00.

Day off: Sunday
