The admission of foreign citizens is carried out by the " The procedure for admission of foreign citizens to higher educational institutions of the RA” approved by the relevant decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. According to this procedure, the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports accepts the applicants' documents.

The establishment of a general education high school in natural science, mathematics (STEM) and social science (humanities) directions aims to ensure the continuity of comprehensive and higher education in YSU.
