Students restoring student rights, changing the faculty, the educational program, the mode of study, or transferring to YSU from other universities, submit applications for transferring the credits of previously studied subjects and offsetting their value from the established tuition fee to the general department within 2 weeks after the start of the semester classes.
Applications for repeating courses are submitted to the general department by February 6.
Applications for partial tuition reimbursement for the on-site mode of study for undergraduate and graduate courses are submitted through the e-request.ysu.am system from February 6 to March 5 (inclusive).
Applications for partial reimbursement of tuition fees for off-site mode of study for Bachelor's and Master's degree programs are submitted through the e-request.ysu.am system from February 20 to March 19 (inclusive).
Applications for the reassignment of up to 12 credits of subject debts of on-site and off-site Undergraduate and Master's degree students, with the signature of the dean of the faculty and a receipt of payment, are submitted to the general department on April 4-10 and June 20-30.
Applications related to point 2.11 of the procedure for reassignment of subject debts of Bachelor's and Master's degrees up to 12 credits are submitted to the general department on June 1-9.
