Legal Service

The YSU Legal Service develops drafts of internal legal acts of the university, verifies the compliance of internal legal drafts submitted by YSU structural divisions, including individual legal acts related to labor relations with the requirements of the current RA legislation, and provides legal interpretations and professional conclusions as necessary.

On the instructions of the rector, the Legal Service responds to the official letters received and processes the citizens' applications, complaints and proposals accordingly.

The Legal Service provides a professional conclusion on applications for providing full or partial reimbursement of tuition fees to students.

According to the established procedure, the Legal Service ensures the representation of YSU in court and other state bodies.

The Service has the right to make decisions within its jurisdiction, if they do not contradict RA legislation and internal legal acts of YSU.
