The YSU Center for Admissions and Affairs with Applicants was founded in 2006. Departments for Affairs with Applicants and Preparatory Courses operate in the center.
The priority of the center's activity is to create the prerequisites for ensuring a steady flow of applicants to YSU. To achieve this goal, the center has consistently worked to promote the professional orientation of applicants, to direct them to YSU, to inform the target groups, to bridge the university with high schools and colleges within the framework of various educational initiatives, to systemize the work of faculties and departments in the direction of YSU admissions and preparation of applicants, to coordinate and organize multi-level preparatory courses for RA and foreign citizens, as well as to increase the level of public trust in YSU.
