Financial Analysis Department

The Financial Analysis Department at YSU coordinates the annual budgeting process, carries out budget variance analysis, prepares reports on indicators affecting cash inflows and outflows, calculates and regularly reviews the pricing of services provided by YSU, calculates profitability indicators, finds out negative phenomena affecting the efficiency of financial activities, informs the management about it in time and offers alternative options, develops financial directions and performs analyzes in strategic development programs of Yerevan State University.
