International conference entitled "War, border and culture" at YSU

On April 11 and 12 this year, an international conference entitled "War, border and culture" will be held at the YSU Faculty of History within the framework of the theme "Community and transformations of public cultural space in post-Soviet Armenia as an example of border settlements" funded by the Higher Education and Science Committee of RA MoESCS.

The main directions of the conference are:

1. modern socio-cultural processes at the border,
2. border heritage protection issues,
3. education and new educational changes at the border,
4. changes in the cultural and religious landscape of border settlements,
5. transformations of the economic processes of border settlements,
6. the impact of the war on the daily life of the border settlements.

The languages of the conference are Armenian and English.
