Metasurface with regulated conductivity elements as a microwave phase tuning structure

It is planned to reveal effective interaction between low-conductivity, thin rods and strips which is an element of metamaterials and incident microwaves, determine the possibilities of intensity and response phase control for the fields formed in their vicinity. This will allow to control the coupling between conductive elements of metamaterial over a wide range of frequencies; determine the most favorable configurations to ensure optimal absorption, focusing, and beam steering.
