Design and fabrication of electronic nose

Modern electronic noses replacing human nose are widely used in food quality control, ambient air quality monitoring and other areas. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to obtain semiconductor nanostructured materials by the method of solid-phase synthesis and manufacture gas sensors based on these materials with high sensitivity and selectivity. Based on the manufactured sensors it is planned to design and manufacture an electronic nose with low cost, small size, high accuracy and stable parameters.
