The aim of the presented project is to obtain new azole derivatives based on 1,2,4-triazoles containing an amino acid residue that can be used in asymmetric synthesis, as Bronsted bases and/or ligands in reactions catalyzed by the transition of a metal, to study the catalytic activity of the synthesized compounds in asymmetric domino reactions initiated by a mercapto group and evaluate their regio- and stereoselectivity depending on the structure of the reagent, substrate, and catalyst.
