YSU carries out joint research projects within the framework of the "NFSAT", and "CRDF" programs, cooperates with "Synopsis Armenia" organization, the USA International Development Agency, the "Abdulaziz Saud al-Babtain" Cultural Foundation, East-West Institute of USA, the Russian Science Foundation, the National Research Council of Spain, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
Within the framework of the implementation of "Erasmus+" programs, YSU cooperates with 75 universities of 22 countries, giving students the opportunity to study at the best universities of Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, Poland, and the countries of the European Union.
