"AWARENESS. STUDENT'S LABOR RIGHTS. " EVENT AT YSU

The norms of labor relations, employees' rights and responsibilities were presented during the project.

During the four-day online meeting, the nature of the employment relationship, the terms and conditions of the employment contract, the grounds for disciplinary action, the dismissal procedure, vacations, working hours, strike features, legal benefits for the student-employee, as well as other benefits for the employee were presented.

At the end of the meeting, a question-answer session took place, during which the participants asked questions about their employment relationship.
