VAHE HOVHANNISYAN ANSWERED JOURNALISTS 'QUESTIONS
Head of YSU Chair of Civil Procedure, YSU Rector candidate Vahe Hovhannisyan answered journalists' questions after the failed session of the Board of Trustees.
Vahe Hovhannisyan reminded that the law contradicts the Constitution in two parts.
According to him, the law first of all contradicts Article 38 of the Constitution, which stipulates that universities have the right to self-government, and according to the law, the university is completely dependent on the authorized body.
