YSU STUDENTS WON PRIZES IN THE SONG CONTEST
The gala concert of the republican contest of songs dedicated to the Great Patriotic War entitled "War Songs of Russia" took place today at the Babajanyan Concert Hall.
The traditional competition dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory was supposed to take place last year, but due to the epidemic, it was postponed.
According to YSU Cultural Center Director Karine Davtyan, it is a rather high-level competition, the jury of which consists of famous musicians Yervand Yerznkyan and Martin Vardazaryan.
"This is a great opportunity to show our work, to understand what we have done," she said.
An award ceremony took place after the concert.
