YSU OBSERVATORY WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE PUBLIC IN A NEW WAY

Speaking about the bad condition of the observatory before, Ashot Melkonyan presented the works done there. Repair of damaged items, repair of rooms, furnishing, which were done both by personal means and by the efforts of YSU.

Ashot Melkonyan told about the free courses organized for schoolchildren at YSU Observatory, which contribute to the study of "Physics" subject and professional orientation.

"Our goal is to make YSU Observatory a new center for the dissemination of advertisements for pupils, students, society, physics, astrophysics" he said.

It should be noted that at the end of the event YSU Observatory Director Ashot Melkonyan and those present took a tour, getting acquainted with the work done.
