A THREE-DAY PROGRAM ENTITLED "PROMOTING YOUTH INCLUSION THROUGH EMPLOYMENT AND PARTICIPATION" STARTED IN TSAKHKADZOR
"Mandate of the Future" youth NGO in cooperation with YSU Alumni and Career Center and with the support of the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe is implementing a program entitled "Promoting Youth Inclusion through Employment and Participation".
One of the important stages of program started today in Tsakhkadzor.
The goal of the program is to neutralize the social isolation of vulnerable young people (displaced persons, refugees, the socially vulnerable, etc.) by promoting their employment, economic and civic participation.
According to youth expert Tamara Torosyan, all the components of the program are very important in supporting the career of young people and their integration into the labor market.
"During these 3 full days, the youth of Artsakh will get acquainted with youth participation, youth work, which are priorities of youth policy at the relevant and international levels. The next 2 stages will strengthen the theoretical and practical knowledge of the participants, which will be a good basis for further career support." she said.
The participants will get acquainted with "What is Leadership", "Youth Participation - Concept and Challenges", "Youth Work and Involvement", as well as other interesting topics.
