Main Responsibilities
- Analyze system requirements and collaborate with the Project Managers and Systems Analysts to prepare prototypes, workflow diagrams, using Synergy tools and techniques.
- Customize the software according to project requirements, utilizing the platform's provided tools and builders.
- Support the project development process and contribute to the preparation of project documentation and user stories.
- Work closely with a technical team consisting of Software Engineers, Database Developers, QA Engineers, UI Designers, and Technical Writers to ensure successful project implementation.
- Provide tasks to team members and contribute in smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
- Strong IT and analytical background.
- Knowledge of data modeling (ER-modeling) and data visualization techniques.
- Hands-on experience in business or system analysis.
- Familiarity with development and release processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL.
- Familiarity with Wireframe tools like Axure.
- Interest in technology and awareness of industry structure and trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
- Proficient in English.
