Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales managers, BostonGene laboratory and R&D, Pathology send-out teams, Billing team, and other support personnel to provide the highest level of clients support and satisfaction;
- Entering orders in CRM and the documents storage, documents review, and verification;
- Receiving and processing incoming faxes and emails related to customer orders;
- Escalation and follow up on the missing information;
- Comply with HIPAA requirements while operating to keep Protected Health Information (PHI) secure and private.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates of the faculties of Management, Foreign Languages or other relevant fields;
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Fluent English and Russian speaker;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Computer skills including Excel, Word;
- General understanding of business policies and practices
- Excellent time management skills, able to meet regular deadlines;
- The high degree of personal organization and ability to multitask;
- Must be a self-starter requiring little supervision;
- Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of proprietary software programs;
- Demonstrated decision-making ability toward solving problems, and effectively communicating these solutions to coworkers and customers;
- Previous experience as operations support, administrative or personal assistant preferred but not required.
