Main Responsibilities
- Create, enhance and execute instructional material for ESL groups, corporate clients and governmental organizations around Armenia and clients abroad
- Teach in line with Cambridge CELTA methodology, along with the newest trends in the instructional world
- Manage classrooms, as well as contribute to fellow teacher enhancement and community building through extracurricular events
Required Qualifications
- Proven record of English knowledge (minimum C1)
- Awareness of new learning trends, software, programs and methodologies
- Stellar self-management and self-organizational skills, comfortable with calendars, scheduling and project management tools
- Interest in ICLT school mission, our communities and our values
- Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required
Other information
Compensation:
Entry Level Teacher: 250.000 AMD
Senior Teacher: 300.000 AMD
Lead Teacher: 350.000 - 400.000 AMD
Lead Director: 450.000 - 500.000 AMD
