Main Responsibilities

The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice , representation to wide range of legal matters and for all contracts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively
Provide legal counsel and representation in various areas of law, including but not limited to civil litigation, corporate law, real estate law, and criminal law
Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare legal documents, including contracts, briefs, pleadings, motions, and other legal instruments
Advise on legal rights, obligations, and potential courses of action, and assist in making informed decisions
Represent in court proceedings, arbitration hearings, mediation sessions, and other legal proceedings, advocating for company interests and rights
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of company, striving to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing risks and costs
Collaborate with other members of the legal team, including paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff, to ensure timely and effective delivery of legal services

Required Qualifications

Higher education in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law
Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office suite
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of legal practice
