The purpose of the conference is to promote the development of various fields of science in the republic, to provide an opportunity for specialists to be aware of the scientific research works and progress of related fields, and to strengthen and create new connections between scientific research institutes, centers, and universities.

For the first time, the conference was held in 2022. Considering the success of the conference, it was decided to make it an annual event.

Within the framework of the "All-Armenian Scientific Conference-2023" scientific event, the mentors of the research topics of the competitions mentioned below or any of the members of the scientific group will present mandatory reports. All other participants of the scientific groups and members of the professional expert council of the respective competitions will be present.

• support for starting scientific groups or strengthening laboratories (departments) (21SCG),
• support for leading research (21AG),
• support for the strengthening of scientific groups or laboratories (20TTCG),
• support for starting scientific groups (20TTSG),
• Support program for the integration of foreign scientists into the scientific community of the Republic of Armenia (22 IRF),
• program for the establishment of remote laboratories (22RL).

Based on the above, we kindly invite you to speak at the "All-Armenian Scientific Conference-2023" scientific event.

During the speech, it is necessary to present:

• the current scientific achievements of the scientific group in the given direction, as well as the report on the actual costs of the research topic, which are given 15 minutes to present, and an additional 5 minutes for questions.

Representatives of research topics implemented by the Higher Education and Science Committee within the framework of other funding have the opportunity to make a poster presentation at the conference. The poster presentation is planned to be held on November 19, 2023.

At least one young researcher (up to 35 years old) from each research topic can be nominated by the scientific director to participate in the interdisciplinary competition (the prize fund is 1 million AMD) planned within the framework of the conference.

At the "All-Armenian Conference-2023" scientific event, it is desirable to have the leads of research topics starting from 2023, including the leads of research topics benefiting from the programs of support for the integration of foreign scientists into the scientific community of the Republic of Armenia (IRF 23, IRF 23/2) and the establishment of remote laboratories (RL23).

The deadline for registration is October 20, 2023 (inclusive).
