On April 23, this year, Vladimir Gelman, Candidate of Political Sciences and Associate Researcher at the Yerevan Center for International Education, Professor at the Helsinki University, delivered a lecture on the problems of Russian politics from theoretical and comparative perspectives at YSU Faculty of International Relations.
