Management

The "Management" undergraduate educational program aims to prepare managerial professionals for the private and public sectors. The program enables students to:

• Acquire the ability to create a business,
• Implement innovative ideas.

The "Management" educational program provides comprehensive knowledge and skills in managing all successive processes from business creation to establishment: from business idea formation to organization registration, activity planning, human resource management, marketing strategy development, preparation of reports on the organization's activities, financial analysis of the organization, identification, and management of risks inherent in the activity, control, making effective managerial decisions.

The "Management" educational program is constantly updated and responds to modern requirements, providing also knowledge and skills on project management, digital business, strategic management, logistics, quality management systems, and other modern specializations.

During the course of study, visits to organizations of various sectors of the economy and meetings with experienced managers of the sector are organized for the students.

Graduates of the program have the opportunity to create their businesses, as well as work in industry organizations as managers of personnel, risks, finance, quality, projects, and other spheres.
