In general, changes in value orientations, such as geopolitical and financial-economic preferences, lead to the transformation of the unipolar world and the weakening of the influence of liberal values. The need to cultivate new, more just norms that take into account the interests of all peoples is growing in the world. Armenia can not but be a transformative impact on the world in which he faces a number of challenges. From this point of view, it is very important for us to study this issue, as there is a lack of in-depth research on it in the professional literature.
