The candidate: 

Should know: 

• the requirements and content of general education standards and programs 

• the teaching and assessment methodology of the subject   

Should be able to:

• apply pedagogical and psychological approaches

• select and apply teaching technologies and methods appropriate to learners' different learning styles and educational needs

• analyze, assess situations and provide feedback with an appropriate response   

• work in a team, collaborate with students and colleagues

• have a competent, expressive and comprehenisble speech

• willingly accept, study and apply the International  Baccalaureate ideology, its requirements, as well as other innovative ideas 

• read, communicate in English or other foreign languages and/or demonstrate a willingness to improve language skills      

* excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
