The pedagogue works at the middle school, while the student leader works at the high school of the Lyceum
The pedagogue and the student leader participate in the development and implementation of pedagogical-psychological and educational programs (events, meetings, excursions, discussions, etc.) in accordance with the requirements of the Lyceum's National program, as well as the International Baccalaureate (IB)
The activities are carried out on a person-centered basis, the characteristics and interests of each learner are taken into account and the relevant activities are organized, contributing to the harmonious development of the learner
They create a positive and supportive group atmosphere for building and maintaining effective relationships
They actively cooperate with parents, teachers and other employees
The pedagogue also carries out record keeping and other paperwork
Higher education, preferably in the field of pedagogy (organization of education) and/or psychology
Should be able to:
competently apply pedagogical approaches
analyze, assess situations and provide feedback with an appropriate response
work in a team, collaborate with students and colleagues
react quickly in difficult situations, make effective decisions
demonstrate organizational skills
have a competent, expressive and comprehenisble speech
willingly learn and apply the ideologies of International Baccalaureate and Round Square, its requirements, as well as other innovative ideas
read, communicate in English or other foreign languages and/or demonstrate a willingness to improve language skills
master basic computer skills
