About the program
The YSU European Studies Center implements the "European Studies" Master's degree program, which was developed in cooperation with leading European research universities and centers.
The program prepares high-level specialists for evaluating the effectiveness of European integration and analyzing Europeanization processes, who know the methodology of comparative European studies, as well as the toolkit for solving applied problems required for the development of European integration models and strategies.
Admission requirements
The Master's degree program is designed for all applicants who have a Bachelor's degree and are fluent in Armenian and English.
All applicants pass an entrance exam, based on the results of which an admission decision is made.

The aim of the program
The 1.5-year European Studies interdisciplinary education program aims (90 credits) to develop student's analytical skills and problem-solving abilities through the study of European institutions' politics, economy, partnership, and security systems.
Advantages
The program equips students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to work in public administration and local self-government bodies, research centers, civil society, and international organizations. The center conducts innovative and interdisciplinary courses.
The courses are held in Armenian and English. Professors from Armenia and other European countries teach within the framework of the program.
The program internships last eight weeks. Students are allowed to choose or suggest the international organization or government structure of their choice. Most often, the students undergo internships at the RA President's Office, the RA Ministries of Justice and Finance, the banking system, the Human Rights Defender's Office, etc.
