Chair of Programming and Information Technologies
The Chair of Programming and Information Technologies was founded in 2006. In different years, it was led by outstanding scientists, correspondent members of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR Rima Podlovchenko, and S. A. Nigiyan, who made a great contribution to the establishment and further development of the chair.
During its many years of activity, the chair has been a scientific and educational center for the training of high-quality personnel in the field of information technologies.
The department employs leading specialists who conduct research in the following main directions:
• OOP,
• ML,
• intelligent data analysis,
• parallel programming,
• artificial intelligence systems.
The Chair implements the Master's program "Mathematical software support of computing machines, complexes, systems networks".
