"State and Law" journal has been published since 1998. It is the successor of "Law and Legitimacy" journal. The founders of the journal are the YSU Faculty of Law and the Armenian Lawyers' Association.
The journal is published quarterly and includes scientific, practical articles and materials. The journal is registered in the list of scientific periodicals acceptable for the Supreme Certifying Committee.
The journal mainly publishes articles authored by lawyers who are members of the Armenian Lawyers' Association, as well as foreign legal scholars and practicing lawyers.
The magazine also publishes the proceedings of scientific-practical seminars organized by the founders.
